Today I did some research and found this groups with large following:

1. PROMOTE YOUR BOOK
- The description of the group is: This group's purpose is to help promote your book or reliable, inexpensive service. Authors: find readers/ reviewers. Readers: find new books, meet new authors! Stay on topic or be removed. Feel free to drop relevant ads or review requests. It has 742 fans as of June 5th, 2019.

2. KINDLE READERS & KINDLE WRITERS
- This is a place for readers and writers of Kindle and e-books to share their favorite stories and experiences of using the new electronic media. I shall also be showcasing my own work here in the hope that people might be interested enough to buy some of my stories. 14k fans as of June 5th, 2019.

3. E Books Rock
- E Books Rock is a place to post links about your books. Feel free to post. The idea is to advertise, not beg for Likes or Friends. Enjoy! Open to all genres, international as well. Also on Google+ as E Books Rock. Join both groups and create more exposure! The purpose of the group is to promote authors, and to promote reading in any genre. Starting August 1st 2018, begin your post with Keyword:(and insert the genre your book or post is best described by) Example "Keyword: Fiction" then the post. This will make your posts searchable in the window to the left "Search this group". Posts with out Keywords will be deleted.

4. Book Junkie Promotions
This page is for all authors to promote their books, blogs, radio interviews, tours, etc. You may promote as much as you wish, as many books as you wish, whatever genre. Anyone promoting anything else will be instantly banned. Blocking admin will also result in a ban. (We can see who you are!)

Everything related to books. Authors of books are welcome to post photos of your books. You can also post your videos. And talk about your books. All the other publicities not related to books will be deleted and the member removed. And everything not related to books will be deleted.
