Have you been having trouble accessing the internet? You want to reach a website, and then you get interrupted by

• Try running Windows Network Diagnostics.

ERR_CONNECTION_FAILED

and the diagnostics starts running for a long time! It's so frustrating! And I end up giving up my activity! Waste of my precious time!

I never had this problem before. It is very annoying. I did some research and I found the following sources. I'll list them here. I hope you will find them useful.
